Founded in 1996 in Saluzzo, Northwest Italy, by Carlo Marco Cavallo and Alessandra Rinaudo, Nicole is a leading designer and distributor of luxury bridal and evening wear, with a portfolio of prominent brands (including “Nicole”, “Alessandra Rinaudo”, “Colet”) distributed in 40 countries around the world. Nicole is widely acclaimed for its distinctive focus on high-quality dresses, customer service and product design. This successful strategy initiated and led by its founders has translated into an outstanding track-record over the last two decades. Today, the Group employs c.110 people globally and operates five stores in Italy.
Partnering with Nicole will allow Pronovias to strengthen its European leadership and brand portfolio to further unlock growth opportunities across several countries. The combination will see both companies benefit greatly from their synergies and reinforce their respective product iinovation and marketing capabilities for the benefit of customers and clients across the world.
