Jasmine Design is handing over the day to day running of its UK head office to Jasmine Enterprises USA from January 2019.
All Jasmine customers in the UK and Europe have been serviced by a dedicated team based here in the UK for more than a decade. In an effort to streamline services, costs and overheads, which the company is hoping to pass on as commercial benefits to the UK and Irish Jasmine retailers by offering a more competitive product.
The Jasmine brand continues to grow after more than 30 years worldwide, but with a larger team of dedicated customer agents operating out the in the Chicago headquarters and with the growing pressures and an ever-changing consumer bridal market, Jasmine believe this new ‘leaner and more streamlined’ business model will provide a more secure and profitable longevity to its brand in Europe.
Shipping will now be facilitated directly from their dedicated factory to the store and the UK Head Office based at Stondon Manor Farm, Henlow is closing at Christmas
Jasmine retailers have now been informed and will be able to continue reordering from stock samples, with all the advantages of Jasmine’s services including rushes and customizations etc.
