PRONOVIAS GROUP, the global leader in bridalwear, announces the appointment of four new executives to its leadership team. With the addition of Frédéric Pellegrin, Eva Ziegler, Amanda McCormick Bacal and Lucilla Talamazzi, the company is continuing to reinforce its commitment to a customer-centric business model, digital transformation and the importance of the North American market.
All four senior executives will report directly to Amandine Ohayon, CEO, and bring extensive experience in renowned international luxury and consumer goods companies.

Let’s meet the new additions:
Frédéric Pellegrin has a strong professional track-record in developing global financial strategies in top multinational companies. Frédéric’s career started as an Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has also held Controlling and Financial Management roles at Reckitt Benckiser, where he was responsible for managing businesses in Northern Europe, among others. Prior to joining PRONOVIAS, he worked as CFO and Global Investment & Development Director at Euralis Group.
In his new role as PRONOVIAS’ Chief Financial Officer, Frédéric will be responsible for taking the Finance and IT areas to the next level.
Eva Ziegler’s mission as PRONOVIAS’ Chief Marketing Officer is to support the company’s transformation into a consumer focused international powerhouse in the digital age. She will lead all departments that affect the consumer experience.
Eva has a background in brand management, development of consumer experiences, e-commerce and 360 degree integrated communications in Fortune 500 companies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Toyota, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, C&A Fashion and Fiskars Group.
Due to the growing importance of the US market, PRONOVIAS has created the role of President and Managing Director, North America to fast-track the expansion process within this region. The company has appointed Amanda McCormick Bacal to this position, in which she will oversee all aspects of PRONOVIAS’ North American business. Amanda brings significant experience in fashion and luxury goods companies, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ralph Lauren, overseeing marketing of all brands in the portfolio for the North American wholesale and Latin American businesses.
Formerly, she worked as Senior Director of Marketing at Michael Kors, where she was responsible for global marketing and advertising across all brands, including digital marketing strategy and the e-commerce and catalog businesses.
After four years at the company, Lucilla Talamazzi becomes the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PRONOVIAS GROUP. She joined PRONOVIAS in 2014 and since then she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Group by providing legal support in the implementation of the company’s strategic decisions and commercial actions. Lucilla and her team’s mission is to minimize legal contingencies while contributing to the achievement of Pronovias’ goals.
Prior to going in-house, she served as associate of the law firm Cuatrecasas in the litigation and arbitration department at the Barcelona office.
